Trying to get the students into Blogging..have any luck?  I hope they get the hang of it..any feed back on this one?  I feel that it is a great Literacy skill for them to take into the real world!

Nothing

So I have decided to read Nothing with my students during the last quarter.  I really enjoy this book and hope the students get some meaning from it.  The cover says it is a modern day LOTF (Lord of the Flies).  Something about the dark errieness of the book, I am hoping will draw them in, it appears so innocent at first, then darker and darker.  I worry that it will not be as fast paced as they would like.
